We collect your store domain (myshopify.com address), campaign settings (e.g. announcement bar message, countdown timers, popup and free-shipping bar configuration), and billing plan information when you use the app. We do not collect or store your customers' personal data. Anonymous storefront interaction events (e.g. bar views, clicks) are associated with your store, not with individual customers.
We use your store domain and campaign settings to display promotional widgets (announcement bar, countdown, popup, free-shipping bar) on your storefront as configured in the app. We use billing information to manage your subscription and provide the correct plan features. Interaction events are used solely to power the in-app analytics dashboard.
When you uninstall the app, your session credentials are removed immediately. All store data (campaigns, settings, and related analytics records) is deleted within 48 hours of uninstall, in accordance with Shopify's mandatory shop/redact webhook. We do not retain your data after that period. You may also contact us at any time to request early deletion.
We do not store personally identifiable information about your customers. If Shopify sends us a customers/data_request or customers/redact webhook on your behalf, we acknowledge it immediately — there is no customer personal data to return or delete.
